Since early August, 2016 Pakistan Railways started online reservation on trial bases.

Initially the booking was started on the following trains:


  • 5UP/6DN  -  Green Line - Karachi to Rawalpindi (Margala/Islamabad)
  • 101UP/102DN - Subuk Raftar - Lahore to Rawalpindi
  • 103UP/104DN - Subuk Kharam - Lahore to Rawalpindi
  • 105UP/106DN - Rawal Express - Lahore to Rawalpindi
  • 107UP/108DN - Islamabad Express - Lahore to Rawalpindi

Then gradually following trains were added:

  • 41UP/42DN Karakoram Express - Karachi to Lahore
  • 15UP/16DN Karachi Express - Karachi to Lahore
  • 303UP/304DN Pak Business Express - Karachi to Lahore

And then the following were added:

  • 25UP/26DN Bahauddin Zakria Express - Karachi to Multan
  • 115UP/116DN Musa Pak Express - Lahore to Multan
